1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to DumpAny (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"). Before downloading, installing, or using the Service, please read these terms carefully. By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

DumpAny is a network proxy debugging tool that supports traffic interception, analysis, and replay for HTTP/HTTPS, MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, and Redis protocols. The Service may only be used for legitimate software development and debugging purposes.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service only for legitimate software development and debugging purposes. You may not use the Service to:

（1）Intercept, analyze, or tamper with network traffic that you do not own or have explicit authorization for;
（2）Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws and regulations;
（3）Infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights of others;
（4）Use the Service for any form of cyber attack or security intrusion.

4. Intellectual Property

DumpAny and all related intellectual property rights (including but not limited to software, trademarks, interface design, and documentation) are owned by the developer. This agreement grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license. You may not reverse engineer, crack, distribute, or sublicense the software.

5. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranty. The developer shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

6. Termination

If you violate any term of this agreement, the developer has the right to immediately terminate your access to the Service without prior notice.

7. Changes to Terms

The developer reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Modified terms will take effect immediately upon publication. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to a competent court in the developer's jurisdiction.
